Postnatal Yoga Student

I thoroughly enjoyed yoga with Amy. With her lovely personality, enthusiasm for what she does and a sandal wood-scented candle she managed to turn my hectic house into an oasis of calm and mindfulness for an hour of practice. She came up with a routine that suited my mood, needs and (several months postpartum) physical state perfectly. Amy made careful adjustments to my posture and shared her extensive knowledge of anatomy throughout the session to make sure I get the most out of it. I highly recommend Amy’s teaching and can’t wait to practice with her again!

Amy is a wonderful yoga teacher - I've not done much yoga before and was amazed at how great I felt after each session - relaxed, yet also energized. Definitely recommend to anyone, especially beginners.

I have been taking private lessons with Amy and they have been absolutely great. She's one of the sweetest teacher I have ever had. Every lesson starts with a chosen theme (for example learning patience or stress relief), which I found inspiring because it shows that what you learn on your mat can really help you in your daily life. The instructions are clear, she makes sure the alignment of the body is correct and helped me take some postures to the next level. I felt like I had a powerful workout (yes yoga can give that) and I was completely relaxed afterwards. On top of that, Amy has the ability to adapt the level of her lesson to anyone which is amazing. I can't wait to have more lessons! I highly recommend Amy as a teacher!
